I firmly believe that the path to great products comes from understanding people’s needs and finding ways to genuinely help them.

While working at Apple and Facebook, I helped people solve thousands of problems, ranging from “Why is my cable not working?” to “We need to set up a network in a new office for 2,000 people.”

Although my role was technical, it gave me the opportunity to sit with people, understand their needs, and see problems from their perspective.

That experience deepened my empathy and showed me that the best solutions come from truly being in someone else’s shoes. Now, I apply those same problem-solving skills through design.

I grew up skateboarding and snowboarding. It taught me persistence, how to embrace failure, and how to push through physical and mental challenges.

It also led to 14 broken bones… and raised my parents’ anxiety levels. Sorry, Mom and Dad!
